Pruna · pocket companion
Pruna asks you every day, listens to what weighs on you and — this is what makes it different — remembers to ask you again tomorrow.

The problem
and you’re replaying the same conversation for the fourth time. Your head doesn’t file things away on its own: it needs somewhere to put them down.
Broken streaks, charts in red, notifications that feel like homework. Making you feel guilty is not keeping you company.
has three written pages and no reply. Writing helps; someone asking you “how is that going?” helps a lot more.
Pruna doesn’t grade you.
It gathers what you’re carrying, turns it into small, manageable cards, and the next time you open the app it starts with what matters: asking how it’s going. When a worry no longer weighs, you dismiss it with a swipe. And the plum, meanwhile, ripens with you.
How it works
A 0-to-10 slider, no questionnaire. The plum changes colour and expression with you: from thick fog to afternoon sun. Never red — a bad day is not a failure.
Write what worries you or what you want to achieve. It becomes cards: worries with evidence-based advice, habits to care for yourself, tasks to get off your back.
Pruna remembers. It asks about your live cards, celebrates what moves forward and lets you close what’s no longer needed with a swipe. No pile of pending items: only what still matters.
What it does for you
Each with follow-up and one useful tip. When it no longer weighs, you close it with a swipe.
Days stop looking the same: you start seeing patterns — what lifts you, what sinks you, and when.
The difference between a journal and someone who remembers you.
By text or voice. It can suggest updating your cards — always with your confirmation.
Water, movement, meals. No punishing charts, no streaks you’re afraid to break.
Everything is encrypted on your phone before it leaves it. Works even offline.
Science, not magic
No made-up rituals: every tip and every exercise in Pruna comes from psychological practices with evidence behind them. These are the ones waiting inside:
The quiz tells you which ones apply to you — and your profile will be waiting inside the app.

Privacy
An app that listens to your worries only makes sense if nobody else can read them. Pruna is built that way from day one:
Your entries are encrypted on your phone before they leave it. Our servers only ever receive unreadable data.
The key is derived from you and lives on your device. We have no technical way to open what you write — and that’s how we want it.
Local first: the app is yours even without coverage. The cloud is only for syncing between devices.
Account and data are deleted from inside the app, no emails or forms. Yours means yours.
Questions
No. Pruna is a companionship and self-knowledge tool, not treatment or medical advice. The advice library is based on evidence-backed practices (breathing, mindfulness, sleep hygiene), but serious matters need a professional. If it detects signs of crisis, the app shows real help resources instead of playing therapist.
Because of the bloom — that dusty veil that protects the fruit and only survives if you handle it with care. It felt like the best metaphor for well-being. Besides, the plum in the app is alive: it breathes, blinks and ripens in colour depending on how you are.
There will be a complete free plan with the daily check-in, the cards and the advice library. Plus and Pro plans will add the AI assistant, syncing across devices and health integrations. Early birds will get special launch conditions.
On your device. If you enable backup or sync, it’s encrypted on your phone before uploading: servers only receive data that is unreadable without your key. You can delete your account and all data from inside the app.
No. When you open Pruna for the first time you live the real experience right away, with no sign-ups or questionnaires. The account only appears when you need it: to sync devices or subscribe. And everything you’ve done until then is kept.
